PRIVATE COACHING

Personal Training

This is a 1 hour session tailor made for you. All session begin with a warm up focused on getting your ready for your session. Here we focus on raising your heart rate, mobilising your joints and activating your muscles. Then we get into the main block of work. This will vary depending on who you are and what you want to get out of training.

2 ON 1 SESSIONS

Works very similarly to the private coaching / 1:1 personal training session, except now we focus on the group goal. These sessions are best for those that like to train together, have a similar goal and are reliable to train with.

YOUTH PERFORMANCE

A program designed specifically for youth high performers. Small groups of no more than 6 athletes to 1 coach/personal trainer. The program consists of two sub groups. The younger group (11-13 years old) and the older group (14-16 years old).

The Younger group: A 12 week, carefully tailored program that looks at building a strong foundation for sport performance. Focusing on running, jumping and landing mechanics. As well as, lifting competency and motor patterning. 

 

The Older group: A 12 week program that shifts focus from motor patterning to increasing external load and more specific performance goals (increasing strength, power and speed).

RUNNING MECHANICS

A 12 week program that focuses on acceleration, deceleration, maximal speed and change of direction. There is 1 coach/personal trainer for every 6 athletes. Athletes are grouped based on age/maturation status. A younger group (11-13 years old) and an older group ( 14-16 years old). Each session lasts one hour.

ELITE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

We offer elite training camps, ranging from 4 to 12 weeks. Camps include a fully tailored performance program, as well as, manual therapy provided by our partners at Comox Valley Osteopathy and other local practitioners. Perfect for Pre, Post and in season training.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

This is a 12 week adult program aimed at those with general fitness goals (lose weight, get stronger etc...). If you are tired of doing the same old workouts and not seeing results... this is for you. Our coaches/personal trainers can get you where you need to be.

The Small Print

  1. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

  2. Sessions are pre-paid and scheduled in advance.

  3. You can cancel up to 24-hours prior to your session. No shows or notice less than 24 hours will incur a charge of the full session

  4. 90-day expiration date on all sessions from date of purchase.

  5. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  6. All 2 on 1 sessions must be carried out with both participants at the same time. If one has to cancel the present participant will have to buy a private coaching session.

  7. Cancellation of any sessions within a group program will not result in reimbursement even with notice greater than 24 hours.
