WHAT TO EXPECT
Strength & Conditioning/Personal Training
Our practice is evidence based, so we like to do our homework. All new cliental receive a complimentary 30 minute consultation(which may be carried out over the phone). You will be asked relevant questions that allow us to paint a picture of who you are, what you have done and where you want to be on your fitness journey. However, unlike most consultations, all of our interactions are a two way street. During this 30min consultation you will get the chance to ask questions and find out more about who we are, what we do and how we do it.
Once the consultation has been completed you can book your first personal training session. Your initial session will involve baseline testing including, but not limited to; Movement screens, lifting competency check and baseline testing.
Once the baseline results have been collected we can then create a tailored plan for you... no cookie cutters here. As we say, every rep counts and we stand by our expertise to get you to where you want to be. Each session is 60 minutes long, however, we can be flexible.
